Services
Scope, deliverables and fees are documented in each individual proposal or statement of work.
Payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated. Ad spend is paid directly to platforms.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential during and after the engagement.
Intellectual property
Deliverables produced for you belong to you upon full payment. Blok Media retains rights to underlying tools and methodologies.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice after the initial activation period.
Liability
Blok Media's total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
